I ordered through the drive thru and pulled around to pay. The man at the window took my card, charged it, then closed the... window while I waited for my order. He came back, asked for my card again. I told him I already paid, but he said it never wentthrough. So I gave him my card a second time, while I checked my bank account. My account showed two charges at the same timefor two different amounts. The original person denied that he charged my card twice. The manager looked at my account summary ofthe charges and claimed they had no history of the the ticket in the first charge. They refunded me my original order amount(sans any food, obviously) but didn?t do anything about the first charge, which was used to probably buy someone else?s meal.Thanks for stealing Sonic! This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Came here on memorial Day around 2:30. Messed my entire order up even... after I paid for extra things like chili and cheese on my fries. Absolute garbage Sonic. Read more
