We usually get decent service. This time it seemed the waitress just hated her job. Took over 20 minutes to even come to our... table for drinks & soup and then they tried to bring the main course out while we were still trying to eat Went to the front totalk to the manager and he did change out the wait staff to another person Who did a really good job.. But the manager himselfbrought out our soup and and brought it with a filthy spoon.. On top of all that we were overcharged for what we were supposedto. Read more

This is a place I visit about once a month. Service is hit and miss. They have lost the pride they once had in table service.... Food is consistent. They atmosphere could use a refresh, but still pleasant. The prices have gone up dramatically like mostplaces, which I personally think they could use to their advantage to improve the presentation of the basic Italian cuisine. Came in tonight for my little cousins sweet 16. Hunter and Emily were our wait staff and did a great job. Very disappointed tonight. I always order curbside and have never had an issue. Tonight my pick up time was 8:39p.m. I checked... in at 8:42 like always . At just about 9:00 p.m. I call the restaurant and was told the system doesn't show me checked in. ThenI read the text from where I checked in and it said this system is not monitored right now. I get my food, go home and now it'smediocre warm. I never order Italian sausage but this time I did. I won't make that mistake again. It was extremely spicy and very dry. The food was delicious and it was nice to bring my not so little, little girl here. She had been wanting to come back here since... going to Olive Garden once a month was a tradition for us. We haven't made a trip because of the pandemic. We tried ordering butit wasn't the same. The food was great but sometimes its not just the food its the whole experience and ambiance. We missed thepeople, the smells of all the fresh food and the fresh food that has the delicious aromas. Made the trip just that much moreworth the experience. We drove here today after a year and it was that much more worth it. We loved the food and had a greattime. Our eyes were bigger than out stomachs so we had plenty to go home! Thank you Olive Garden for making us forget theoutside world for just a little bit. Y'all are wonderful! Lasagna Fritta was amazing. I would give this restaurant 5 stars as they deserve it, the service was so excellent, the food was so delicious and staff were... extra kind. I had to wait almost 5 minutes before they admitted me to the table, I enjoyed the unlimited salad with soup and Ialso tried the pasta....so amazing. There is a free parking in the site.
