The pizzas were very good ????. On the other hand, in my personal opinion, yes it's okay to have a fun atmosphere while working,... yet I don't think it should compromise the customers experience. We noticed that a few employees were taking on the workload, meanwhile the other 3 or 4 employees goofed off. Would we return? Maybe? Read more

First of all, I h had to take a bit to calm down before I wrote this review, as courtesy is not on the menu at this Mod... location. The employee here are that helped the couple before my family and I chatted them up quite a while (I took it they knewone another) as the line grew steadily longer (during dinner rush no less). Then the real fun began. The (hope I use the correctpronoun(s) here)ponytail person that was trying to grow facial hair had to be told multiple times what sauce, what cheese& thenafter being asked three times for sausage and pepperoni on a pizza then skipped the sausage, said is that all and hurriedly putthe unfinished pizza in the oven. This was my daughter?s pizza and I had to raise my voice to get their attention. This ofcourse made everyone in the place turn and look and of course embarrassed my wife and two daughters. Not only is the service badhere but the pizzas were not fully cooked. Crunchy thin pizza is what everyone expects at Mod? after spending over $60 we didnot enjoy, we left. A short distance towards Burleson proper we spied Pizza Hut where you can go inside. We will definitely takeour sage advice and take our hungry to the Hut moving forward One redeeming thing here: their drink dispenser is clean and sodastaste as if they have their lines cleaned from time to time. Thought I should mention the date and time. This occurred on8-22-22 approximately 7 PM. Management needs to do something or this will continue to happen and reviews will continue to bepoor resulting in the closure of this location, which is a shame because Mod is a good concept and a good XP at most of theirlocations Read more

Been here a few times - neat concept and pizzas are usually pretty tasty. Love having the options without extra charges. Last... visit was on a Friday night and full of teenagers working. Horrible visit and food didn't quite come out as ordered. Luckily thetimes before were all good experiences so we'll be back. Just not on a Friday night. Everyone should try this place at leastonce for the experience. Read more

Friendly wait staff; great build-your-own pizza. I was pleased that the crust was cooked to perfection (not overcooked). Pizza... came in at $11.00. Good value! Friendly atmosphere! Read more

Disgustingly dirty restaurant and pizza burnt to a crisp. I never leave reviews but I have to this time. I seriously don't... understand how a restaurant can be this nasty. Let's start with the lack of cleanliness first. We would not have eaten there ifwe had seen the condition of the dining area before ordering. We came through the door and got straight in line so we didn't seehow gross it was until it was too late. We were one of three families eating there, tons of open tables, and yet there was notone single clean table to sit at. I had to wipe a table down myself. Parmesan cheese and trash all of the tables and floor, iceexploding out of the fountain drink area, straw wrappers, napkins, and soda spilled all over the floors and door to leave. Trashwas overflowing. Everything was sticky. It was seriously disgusting. There were 5 employees just standing around chatting andnot one of them was attempting to clean. Now the food... we order 5 pizzas and all 5 were sooo burnt! Not a little burnt frombeing cooked in the pizza oven but literally black and hard as a hockey puck. We couldn't taste anything but burnt crust and oneof them was so hard we couldn't bite through the crust. So $70 later and it was not even edible. We went and got food somewhereelse. Read more

My husband and I went last night excited to try MOD pizza for the first time. Unfortunately, we were let down. The guy at the... counter who helped us was very helpful and friendly. He even gave us a free ?No Name? dessert. Once we got home and picked up aslice of pizza you could instantly tell the dough was soggy and not fully cooked in the middle. Unfortunately I had to toss mypizza after trying to eat one slice since it was very raw. The pictures are for reference. You can see the uncooked dough at thebottom (what looks like cheese). Maybe they?re ?Superfast? but now I see why? Read more

So we get here after calling to see what time they are open to. They tell us 800pm. We get here at 515 and at 530 they start... putting chairs up and change the closing sign 2 different times while we are still standing in line to earlier times. Then theynow say they close at 615 but by 545 they block the entrance to the line so no one can get in line. Then they proceed to tell methey have ran out of pepperoni. How does that happen at a pizza place? Also the main guy at least i think he is anyways mightbe high or something. I have never in my life seen someone put toppings on a pizza as slow as he did. Also my wife had to tell 3times what she wanted because he kept asking. Completely scattered brain hence why i thought there was something wrong. I gohere alot but the last 2 times have been horrible with this one taking the cake. Important to not that the same manager guy onboth occasion. Also the picture of chairs on the tables was taking at 550pm!!! Also looks like their drink machines have notbeen cleaned in forever as the 2nd picture shows!! Read more
