The past few times I?ve been here it?s not been a good experience. The last time, about a week ago, will be the last. I go to... the Jamba Juice in Fort Worth frequently, that location is fantastic- I wish I could say the same for Burleson. It tastes likethey use old ingredients, or maybe very watered down- I'm not sure, whatever it is it?s just not good. The employees are neverpleasant. All in all a waste of money. Read more
I ordered through the mobile app after receiving a promotional discount, I somehow substituted my order with ingredients already... included and Danielle called me to make sure she got my order right, the smoothy was delicious and customer service incredible!I've never had Jamba before but as of August 17 this was the best customer care i have received in all of 2022! The Jamba Juice location in Burleson, Texas always does an amazing job. The service was friendly & quick. My favorite smoothie... is the Caribbean Passion & of course it was delicious. Have tried calling this location only to be immediately hungup on. Tried for multiple day. Call the toll free number only to be... told "thanks for your feedback". No way to contact store other than driving to the store. Had the same issue a month ago. Idrove to the store on the chance someone was there. Once arrived, i was told the phone was missed up. Hrs say open until 7, closed sign at 540pm. So this location needs to update their hrs so patrons don't waste time and gas.
