Customer service in the evening is consistently terrible. You are an inconvenience to the workers there. Takes awhile to get the... staff to acknowledge you at the counter. They look at you then look back down. No "I'll be with you shortly", anything. Justlook at you then go back to what they were doing and make you stand there waiting and waiting... Read more

Insanely unprofessional establishment. I visited this location on my way home from work and and hour before they closed I... ordered food in the drive thru. I live 2 hours away from this place and once I arrived home my food was undercooked. I wouldn?thave been upset with cold food due to the but my food was still bloody and pink. I called the next day but no one answered. Idecided to go to the establishment in person the following day with my receipt as was abruptly and rudely told that my foodwouldn?t be remade due to no one answering the phone. I think that is very unprofessional and I encourage everyone to not visitthis establishment. Read more
