We visited Sunday 10/16/22. We walked in and a young female at a podium at the entrance did not greet us. We asked if we needed... to check in with her first and, without looking up, she said 'yeah.' We added our name and the wait was reasonable. We wereseated and the waitress was awesome! She was VERY polite, but you could tell she was overwhelmed with guests. The food wasunappealing (biscuits, gravy, bacon, hash browns, egg whites). Everything was either cold or cool except the gravy. Everyone wasso busy and rushing by the table, we didn't have a moment to address our food... If we did, who knows when we would havereceived a replacement since it took quite a while to receive the food. I would not recommend this restaurant as I've never feltwelcome on any visit... The food was bad. Everything had an off taste, and the eggs had egg shell in it. The gravy was tasteless. The service was bad.... My husband tried to ask a server for coffee and they ignored him and walked on by. Tea was never refilled. Used to like CrackerBarrel. Never going back now. Read more

Do better. Multiple employees standing at a table chatting a customer up while we sit without drinks or napkins is not okay.... Waiting and waiting for food when there are less than 6 tables seated in the whole place is not okay. Burnt, dry, but NOT hotfood is not okay. Asking the server to split the check and getting a flippant "the cashier will do it" then getting to thecashier and telling her exactly what should go on each check and she mixes it all up and doesn't know how to fix it is NOT okay.The gentleman manager was nice enough, but the servers continued ignoring us after he stepped in to fix the food. The femalemanager seemed ticked off that we had a problem with clearly uniformed, but "cut" according to her, servers standing aroundinstead of... getting us napkins or a refill. After waiting much longer than necessary for food, then again for replacementfood....then napkins, drink refills...and talking to the female manager...I asked for a to go box. She walked away and severalminutes later, I gave up and we left. Like, I'm just tired of waiting for goodness sake. There were less than 20 other people inthe place. Were the take away boxes hidden? Best experience I?ve had at any Cracker Barrel!! Our waiter Shaianne was amazing super sweet and attentive. So if you?re looking... for good customer service with a piece of some personable vibes ask to get seated in her section because this customer servicedoesn?t come often? especially in a breakfast atmosphere! 5/5 btw the cheesecake pancakes? to die for! Waitress was very friendly and food was great. Sweet whole baby carrots were my favorite. It wasn't full by far but had a 15... minute wait to be seated. My husband assumed so he could buy stuff in the gift shop ???????? Read more
