Went here with 3 other couples for a little late dinner. The service by Quinton was superb! He was spot on and quick with every... request. He was funny and has a great smile. ???? For the most part the food was good and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals.I ordered the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I was hungry so I couldn't wait. When the sandwich came, I opened it up to addsome black pepper and what did I find? NO Avocado!!????Oh the humanity! ????We didn't see Quinton so we got another waiter andasked him to bring some avocado. I know Quinton got the order correct because I asked to hold the tomatoes and he repeated itback. I mean who orders an Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich, hold the avocado?? ??????? We waited 10 minutes as manager today at 2:30 fiddled around with a wash cloth, finally got seated by the waitress who was... great, as we sat there I watched the manager talk and do nothing , every table was dirty and he always kept his back to thefront door , I seen 3 couples walk out .. he never even noticed them this was around 2:30 I told the waitress pleas take careof the old couple they been waiting a long time . I have never seen a clueless manager in my life, I asked the waitress whathis name was she said Cody, we love our cotton patch and will continue to go , but you lost 60-100 bucks in down time because ofpoor leadership Read more
Went for the free veterans lunch on veterans day. Great food and excellent service. The chicken-fried bacon was awesome.
I like Cotton Patch. I prefer it to other chain restaurants like Chili's for American food. The service has always been good.... The prices are typical for fast casual and it's a plus that they have a bar. It's not a steak restaurant so stick to thechicken fried steak, salads and other middle of the road dishes. Read more
Placed a pick up order this evening. This photo is a side of mashed potatoes & a side of cinnamon apples ( shown for size... comparison)Literally 2 slices of apple and 2 small half pieces of apple. Instead of being in a side container it was in a saladdressing container. I left a generous tip and got not so great service...also no plasticware was included. Won't be orderingfrom here again. It's been hit or miss for me at cotton patch. Not just this location but others as well. Sometimes the food is great and other... times not the best. I went a couple days ago and the appetizer was great. The meal I couldn't finish. Everything was bland andunappetizing. I don't get a chance to go out to eat with my husband very often without the kids so it was pretty disappointing.Our server was great though. Read more
I just left without having dinner. I really wanted the steak finger strip plate with mashed potatoes. The atmosphere was really... cold and segregated- I kid you not! The whites were seated on the left and blacks on the right. (Of course, I was seated to theright, as well.) This would have been my first time dining in; I?ve always ordered carryout. No one came by to take my order orto offer water so after 15 minutes I left. The non- black lady parked next to me emphasized that she loved this place and afterall the name is ? Cotton Patch?. Did a DoorDash order tonight I ordered 2 BOWLS of veggie soup. I only got one and on top of that the size of their bowl?? I?d... hate to see the size of the cup of soup. Also got mushrooms and there were 4 small mushrooms in the to go box. After spending$30 on food would definitely expect to get better portions. Will never order from cotton patch again so disappointed and stillhungry after spending that much. Read more
