Went here with 3 other couples for a little late dinner. The service by Quinton was superb! He was spot on and quick with every... request. He was funny and has a great smile. ???? For the most part the food was good and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals.I ordered the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I was hungry so I couldn't wait. When the sandwich came, I opened it up to addsome black pepper and what did I find? NO Avocado!!????Oh the humanity! ????We didn't see Quinton so we got another waiter andasked him to bring some avocado. I know Quinton got the order correct because I asked to hold the tomatoes and he repeated itback. I mean who orders an Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich, hold the avocado?? ??????? We waited 10 minutes as manager today at 2:30 fiddled around with a wash cloth, finally got seated by the waitress who was... great, as we sat there I watched the manager talk and do nothing , every table was dirty and he always kept his back to thefront door , I seen 3 couples walk out .. he never even noticed them this was around 2:30 I told the waitress pleas take careof the old couple they been waiting a long time . Went for the free veterans lunch on veterans day. Great food and excellent service. The chicken-fried bacon was awesome.
I like Cotton Patch. I prefer it to other chain restaurants like Chili's for American food. The service has always been good.... The prices are typical for fast casual and it's a plus that they have a bar. It's not a steak restaurant so stick to thechicken fried steak, salads and other middle of the road dishes. Read more

Did a DoorDash order tonight I ordered 2 BOWLS of veggie soup. I only got one and on top of that the size of their bowl?? I?d... hate to see the size of the cup of soup. Also got mushrooms and there were 4 small mushrooms in the to go box. After spending$30 on food would definitely expect to get better portions.
