We've been here a few times and have always done drive-thru. The lines are expected to long around traditional meal times, so my... suggestion go early or after those times such as before 4 and after 7. Went here last Friday to get my fiance lunch while he was at work. Go thru the drive thru and order. Card gets declined even tho... I have enough money. I order a different less expensive meal and my card was drained of everything but a penny. I go to thewindow, no real explanation is offered but they ask to swipe my card again. Declined again. Tell my my money will be refundedfrom the first order and ask for my card again. I look at my bank account and again only one penny. At this point I'm gettingfrustrated because no one can offer an explanation as to why my bank account is now drained except for a penny and why I am notgetting my meal. I leave and wait for my fiance to get off work. We go back and talk to the highest level of management and hewas very rude. Talked over me the whole time, looked down his nose at me, and could not offer an explanation. He said wait a fewbusiness days and it will be back in my account. Well everything has cleared in my account now and all the money is still gone.Never though a Christian based company would steal from their customers. Definitely will not be going back here as this is notmy first bad experience here. I've also delivered for Uber from here and waited in store for 20 minutes for someone to let meknow someone had already picked up the order before I came in. Honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, topped off by acrew of people who don't know anything that's going on in their store. EDIT: Got in contact with corporate and the owner of thestore actually sent me coupons for free items to make up for the mistake. He even emailed me to apologize for the mistake. I had a mobile order that I went to pick up. When I arrived, I was told to pull around to the front because part of the order... wasn't ready, but didn't say where, so when I went inside to ask about the order, a manager rudely told a worker that it'salready taken care of! "Oh, he's still out there." Sad to say my worst experience at a Chick-fil-A. The manager definitely needsto take more classes on people skills, especially since she is in charge of other people and a store. Read more

This evening, my husband and I went through the drive thru where the young girl working it was jumping to conclusions about what... was being ordered and ended up having to place her own finger over her mouth to stop. Ordered nuggets, a grilled chicken club,and two waffle fries. Surprising, everything but the sandwich was correct after driving half an hour home we checked and it wasa regular chicken sandwich. At this point, after so many poor experiences we will no longer visit this location. Not even goingto submit a review through the app because of the numerous poor experiences received. I do believe the owner wants everyone tohave a good experience but his staff is letting him down in that aspect. Read more

We normally really love Chick-fil-a, but the last two times we?ve picked up our online pickup order it?s been wrong. The first... time we called and they made it right for us, but we did not call the second time. Gas and food are too expensive to go back tothe restaurant to have it corrected. Hopefully the quality control will improve soon. Read more

Usually the drive thru here is great, but if I?m only ordering large fries I?d expect them to be full.

I order no salt fries at this location at least once a week. Usually, they brush off the salt and I get a slightly less salted... fry. Not happy but at least cooked completely. Tonight not cooked at all. You can do better! Read more
