Their drive through setup is crazy so I went inside where I received great service. The first time I ever revived a Chick-fil-A... sandwich that wasn't soggy and could actually experience the crunchiness of getting a fresh sandwich. Read more
This location is very fast at service and the dining room is clean and comfortable. The drive through is usually packed but they... roll through very fast and the wait is always minimal. Highly recommended! Read more
9/15--- this location has NOONE cleaning the dining room. I again had to clean tables for us to eat. The changing table in... ladies room was filthy. Think we will take our grandkids somewhere else. Last few times we've been in , dining room is dirty.The trash cans full, floors not clean. I've even gotten pkg of wipes from conter to clean table so we can eat. This location hada very nice lady who kept the dining room clean and now she's gone. Read more
I am extremely disappointed after a long day of work. I drive here to get food. First my food was crammed into a small bag for... 4 people. I tired to check it but felt I was holding up the line. I get home to find out my sandwich was not in there. Thisis the second time I have gone and had a bad experience. I called was really felt like I wasn't important. Passed here on the way to Austin. Only been here once but it?s the only CFA I?d give a full 5 stars. Line was empty so fast but... friendly employees. Put in plenty of sauces unlike other locations. Don't not try to get food delivered from here. I understand that it is a busy place and that is why I'm limiting why I'm upset... to one single reason instead of the timeliness. It was reported to me by the delivery driver my food had been stolen. This placewon't remake it without door dash notifying them. Guess what is impossible to do? So after being patient and understanding thatworkers are tired and it is hard work, my family goes hungry because this place can't trust an order receipt or talk to theircustomer about it.
