I was just at Burger King at 977 N Burleson Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028 at 8:50pm. My whole order was cold and the seal on my... drink I could not get it off and the whopper was nasty. And this order cost me $9.30 it was a waste. Read more
Completely disappointed with my experience at this burger king. I ordered meals for my family to take home. After they handed me... my food I double checked to make sure it was all there. I did feel like something was up because the workers kept looking at meand watched me leave but they were all friendly so I didn't think anything of it. Get home and hand out the food and the chicking sandwich wasnt correct. The workers put a fish sandwich in the chicken sandwich wrapper (clearly i assumed it was a chickensandwich since it was in the wrapper). I reached out to burger King and after several emails of being told this burger willreach out to me (the chicken sandwich meal I ordered was more expensive than the fish sandwich no one ate) not one person hasreached out from this establishment to make things right. Do not leave this burger king with out opening and checking all yourfood. Would not go back again. Read more
Fast drive thru. The Bacon King was amazing! Hot and the bacon was perfect crispiness!
Hit the Drive thru to pick up some burgers for the family. Service was quick and friendly as you'd expect going through the DT.... Did was up in no time and order was complete, but also as expected burgers tossed together without a care and slightly on thecold side with buns smashed, fries burnt and overdone, but it happens more and more with short staff heavy traffic locations. Atleast it was complete and done relatively quick. Quality needs to be important cause I can make burgers at home for less thattaste way better; they just take longer. Read more
Understaffed, but friendly. Our food was cold by the time we got most it. The rest came later and it was partly warm but had not... been cooked long enough so the centers were still quite cold. $27 of disappointment. We were traveling through but we won't stopagain. The young lady up front, Leah (?), was so apologetic so I'm giving two stars instead of the one I wanted to originally. Read more
This is a good place to eat. They have a play place for kids. Good food. Fresh food. And Clean resturant. I would of gave them 5... stars but the person on counter at the time i went , she didnt have a sense of urgency nor acknowledged that we were there, atleast say Welcome i will be with you in a min. We waited a while over 5 mins to be helped. Finally when we ordered there was noSmile. Its ok somtimes. People have bad days too. But at least fake it. The Gm was very nice and helped me and made theordering better. Most places put their most freindliest persons to deal with customers up front or in drive thrus. and the onesthat are less to the back. I will still keep going here because of prices are good and food too. I love Burgerking. Read more
Near about 8pm. Got two jr whooper's with cheese. Went to hotel room to eat. Both buns STALE. Hard to find any lettuce on it,... probably hidden under all the pieces of onions. I realized then why the McDonald's, by our hotel, across the other side ofhighway was overwhelmed with customers. Also, this BK isn't easy to access . Not an easy in and out, poor location. Read more
