First time visit. A bit pricey. We had the Wavebender and Strawberry Freezecake and both were very good. We waited over 20... minutes in line, which was unexpected, but the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend and will be back!! Read more

My experience here was great. All the employees were super friendly and helpful. It's nice to see kids getting out there and... working these days. Everything I have ordered has been consistently good. I can tell the employees care and try hard. Asfor those that complain about the long wait....they make each snocones right then as it is ordered. There's no way to pre-makea snocone.....it's ice. I find going inside is better than waiting in the long drive through anyway. That way you can see allthe smiling faces! Read more

The shaved ice was great, but the staff person who was working the outside lane ignored our car and the other one behind us. ... When we got to the window the staff inside had to stop what they were doing at trying to keep the line moving to make our orderand the order behind us, this is why I gave only 3 stars. Read more
