Hey. Just got an Uber eats order and called them three times to see if maybe a bag was left because out of the 8 items I ordered... only got 3. They didn't answer or the number online isn't working. I ONLY got 3/8 and they were all wrong anyway. Thanks a lot.The three things that came was rice and beans but only rice. A beef taco that was suppose to be steak and one with beans. Andthen got a burrito that was missing the add ons of potatoes and rice. A $31 dollar order. The veggie bowl wasn't delivered. Thethree cheesy bean burritoes weren't delivered. Wish I ordered earlier so I could have ordered from fair oaks but its Sunday andit wasnt an option anymore. ????????????????horrible location Read more
This had been my go-to Taco Bell for the last several years, until today. I had the worst customer service experience in my... life. I arrived in the drive-thru line and ordered items from KFC and Taco Bell. From the beginning, the person taking the orderhad kind of an aggressive attitude; my kids sitting in the back noticed it. When we made it to the window, the person who tookthe order passed me a cup that had the drink all spilled out. I asked him to give me napkins to clean the cup and he gave themto me without an apology for the bad service. When I was cleaning the cup, he passed me another one with even more drink spilledon top and around. I asked him to give me a cup that had no spills. He answered back with an attitude saying if I didn't wantthe drink. I raised my voice and told him I wanted a cup with no spills. He then went ballistic, insulted me in front of my kidsand invited me to come inside, as if he was looking for a fight. I started recording him. The worst taco bell I been to. The manager has an attitude when I went to show them how they messed up my charges. They never... ever give you a receipt unless you ask for it, which would be helpful to know they made the wrong item or charged youincorrectly before you drive home to find out what they messed up on. They dont pick up their phones. They always get somethingwrong ie chicken instead of cheese quesadilla. You cant even get a refund you have to drive all the way back for them to replacea $3 item they screwed up on to begin with. Read more
I ordered a famous bowl and they gave me just a bowl of mash potatoes. No gravy, no chicken, no cheese, literally just mashed... potatoes. Like bruh how do u mess up that badly. Read more

Small over salted and dried chicken pieces. It's always a gamble to order chicken, they either give you one thigh or they... give you the trash selection of small wings and dried breasts. Wanted to share with family but this will only feed two at most. Read more
