Its too delicious I really enjoyed the taste of the food, its good food.
Delivery always takes longer than estimated. The pizza, wings, etc have been cold and mushy for a while now. The prices have... soared. I don?t know if they have new management, but I don?t think I?ll order from here again. This is unfortunate because I usd to love Papa John?s ???? Read more
Super disappointed in the customer service tonight. Our driver didn?t deliver the pizza, we were told he was in accident and... was fine and would be there with the pizza. An hour goes by and no pizza- the staff who answered the phone said to just keepwaiting. 10 minutes later I call again and get a manager- who tells me the driver brought the pizza back because it was cold anddid we want it to be remade? I can?t believe they wouldn?t call me or do this automatically- she told me they got busy and ?thiswasn?t their priority because we were busy?. I am appalled that their pay customer who was waiting wasn?t on their prioritylist. When our pizza finally got delivered I asked the driver if he was okay and if he was the one in an accident. He said thathe didn?t know about anyone there being in an accident tonight and apologized for the confusion. Regardless of why the pizzawasn?t there to begin with if they had handled this better and not had serious attitude with me, it would have been fine, butthey handled this so rudely and so terribly that I won?t be ordering from here ever again, which is a shame becuSe we love theirpizza. Excellent customer service! I just ordered a pizza and somehow clicked the no cheese button. As you could imagine, this was a... very large disappointment when I went to dig in and there was no cheese on my pizza. I decided to call the store on the phoneand was met with a very nice voice. She told me that she could get it fixed for me for free even though it was totally my error.This is what good customer service looks like. Thank you! Read more
Pizza used to be good but no longer a fan. I doubt I will ever order again from this location. Last week I ordered my normal... works and they were pretty much just cheese pizzas and had very little to nothing on toppings. I thought they were just having abad day since I ordered late night. Yesterday I gave it another try, it was bland. Like a 5 year old had helped prepare a pizza,onions on one side clumped, green peppers not sliced. A few sausages. The crust was good. I am not sure if they are just beingcareless or what is going on. Many of my friends had the same complaint. We will be putting a word with our HOA to put on themonthly flyer to avoid this place for a while or until they ameliorate their quality of pizza. Read more
