For the second time my mashed potatoes were ruined with so much gravy you couldn?t even tell they were potatoes EVEN THOUGH I... repeatedly told them, ?NO GRAVY.? This is the second visit in which this has happened in the last month. Adding insult toinjury the chicken was freezing cold. I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered from them today and the first time the food showed up it was the completely wrong... order (in the bag with my receipt so they clearly put the wrong food in). That?s frustrating but fine. So I ordered a secondtime, thinking they couldn?t possibly do it again. I was wrong. The second time my order arrived it was also completely wrong.The receipt attached to each order was correct, so it was 100% on KFC and not the food delivery service. Horrible experience. Read more
I?ve visited the Burke KFC/ Taco Bell 4 times. The manager Linda and all the employees are very friendly! All my experiences... have been positive so far but this recent visit 11/27/20 I have some feedback. Don?t put so many pickles on the Crispy Colonel!It seems like they wanted to give me all the pickles! I ordered 2 Crispy Colonels and I pulled off 16 pickles! Read more
The building is always cold no matter what season so best bring a light sweatshirt. The food is actually pretty good compared to... other KFCs I've gone to, but what makes me give this a 3 star is the staffing. There is 1 really nice guy that I like talkingto, but everyone else is just not as accommodating. The dining area is kept relatively clean, but the restrooms never seem to bewell stocked. Scammers. Ordered a chicken sandwich and received an old chicken tender sandwich with 4 chicken tenders on there. Not just dry... and bland but old with that waxy old crunch. Its suppose to be a filet but the workers were too lazy. $10 wasted. Absolutelydisgusting. Read more
