For the second time my mashed potatoes were ruined with so much gravy you couldn?t even tell they were potatoes EVEN THOUGH I... repeatedly told them, ?NO GRAVY.? This is the second visit in which this has happened in the last month. Adding insult toinjury the chicken was freezing cold.
