Man I love Dunkin. But this one is horrible. The drive through is slow as can be. The kids who work there must be horribly... underpaid cause they do more socializing than they do working. And that pays off when you order a caramel coffee and get icedwater instead. Read more

For food, we had a donut and snack size bacon and both were good and typical of what you would expect. I do not plan to return... to this location for iced coffee beverages. The cup was filled all the way with ice. So diluted, it had the flavor of dirtywater. The employee realized it didn't look right and made it the exact same way ???????????. Also, the menu said Coconut milkwas available. The person taking my order insisted they don't carry coconut milk (NOT just that they were out when I tried toclarify ????). The drive-thru was super slow and backed up at 10:00 on a Saturday morning. Next time, we will go inside andstock to food menu. Read more

Saturday morning and it took over 40 minutes to go thru the drive through. Service here is atrocious. Once you are in the car... line you can?t get out with cars In front and behind you, the building to your left and a concrete wall to your right. Noemployee came out to tell us why there is such a delay. If they had maybe the drive thru customers would not have been sofrustrated. Don?t go to this Dunkin? Donuts on a Saturday. Half of your morning will be waiting in line. Extremely poormanagement which equates to poor service, which equates to decline in customers. Plus they only had men?s bathroom working,which my teen daughter (she l had to get out of the car due to such a long wait) did not want use and their unisex bathroom wasnot working. Consistently bad service every time. Most staff has a bad attitude from the very first word whether it's drive thru or counter... service, orders are messed up more than half the time and asking politely for the right order is met with more attitude. Thislocation is also repeatedly out of the new menu items they're promoting. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but after watching one of the employees interactions with a customer this morning I... can?t help it. While I was waiting for my hot coffee, a young woman asked the lady working the orders where her iced coffeewas, stating that she ordered at the same time as her friend which was completed a few minutes ago. The lady couldn?t find theorder, gave the young woman an attitude, and then told her in a loud voice ?not to roll her eyes.? Granted I didn?t see whetherthe young woman rolled her eyes or not, but it was absolutely uncalled for and several other patrons commented about howunprofessional it was. The store was busy, and it appeared that the staff was juggling a lot of call and walk in orderssimultaneously. Several orders had been lost and even those that weren?t were taking a long time to complete. My own mediumhot coffee took nearly 10 minutes to complete, but that?s no excuse for being rude to a customer. Read more

The management needs to fix the speaker/drive thru communications. The speaker/headset has problems as the sound goes in and out... while people are talking and the menu panels don't light up correctly. They not only got my order wrong because of this(couldn't hear I wanted coffee, ignored the coffee request, and gave me the wrong donuts), they were very rude as a result. There is insufficient lighting in the back too. I think a lot of the issues with the drive through would be resolved with anupdated/digital screen and speaker, much like the newer drive thrus in the area. And if it's upgraded, the overall service mightbe better too. The donuts I got this morning were a little too fresh?-- they needed to set about 15 minutes before serving. Nota huge problem in the end, but the first bite was legitimately vile- a little cold and slimey. After 15 minutes, they were muchbetter- but still kinda disappointing. As for the comment about not ever having an issue with coffee orders- the coffee here isconsistently good and I also don't have issues with a quick coffee order. But anything larger than just plain coffee becomes aproblem- which I truly think is a result of the broken drive through speakers and the lack of a digital display. Read more
