While the workers there are always friendly, there something to be said for the menu items (or lack thereof) For the past... several months I have been notified by the staff of the resturant being out of menu items every time I visit. It's actuallybecome a running joke in my family. When we arrive at the returant one of us will usually say, "I wonder what they're out ofthis time?" The rest of us will chuckle. It turns into full blown laughter when we place our order and we're told yet again thatthe resturant is out of certain items. Tonight it was chicken that was off the menu. I don't know if it's supply chain issues orpoor management, but it's frustrating for customers and I'm sure the staff catches grief for it. Read more
Love the tacos! Sadly their opening hours are sketchy because they do not open as posted. Severe delivery issues causing them... to be out of many foods. Workers are always very friendy. Hopefully they get their staffing and delivery issues solvedpromptly. Still my favorite fast food place! Read more
When I first moved to Burk almost 2 years ago I would have given this place 5 stars because no matter what you would get what... you ordered. Now you have to try and figure out if the truck has been there because they are out of something every time youorder. Today I ordered $5 box and asked for steak chaplupa with steak and they gave me chicken. All 3 requests on that chalupawas wrong. They were out of beef and had to give me steak on my soft taco which is no big deal but, this place has gone downhill the last 6-8 months. Makes me want to drive to Wichita Falls and people wonder why we can?t have any nice restaurants inBurk and this is why. Read more
At 11:00 pm, not busy at all. I placed my order,pulled up to the window, got my drinks anand then was told to pull around the... front. I si sat in the front for about 20 mimutes. As i wawas sitting there, i see an employee sitting in their car. Afterwaiting all that time i pulled uup to the window and was asked how my food was, i told the employee that i dont have my food.Once i got my food i checked and it wwas all there. A 2 mimute drive home and started to eat and my bellgramde was stale chipsand did not have lettuce, tomato. Basically all i had was cheese and some meat with some sourcream. And to make matters worse mybellgrande did not come in the regular container it came in the mexican pizza box which is half the size of the regularcontainer. My hard shell taco was no longer a hard shell. I tried calling them the number dont work. I also believe there wasnta manager on shift. ...The reviews for this Taco Bell should say it all. Bean and cheese burrito doesn?t have lettuce and sour cream. I took a bite cause I have an open mind. It was horrible. And the... cheese is suppose to go inside the soft taco. Have some pride in your work people. Also try smiling every now and then. You?d beamazed at what that can do for your customer service. Which is terrible. I?ve worked fast food before, do better. Im so disappointed because we are not from Burkburnett and stood at the counter for a long time. The workers at first didn't... even acknowledged we were there, then overheard a conversation about how there were customers in the lobby as one was using foullanguage (which is not a big deal) but being ignored and hearing "You go take their order, no you go take their order" and oneworker atound the corner playing on his phone was just bothersome. My Husband then asked the worker making food "Do y'all notwant our business?" The worker said, "I just have to make the food." So we walked out and are giving our business to a franchisethat wants it and has manners. Read more
I love this place and would love to be a manager there to help clean it up and bring in people to get the reputation of it back... up as well as getting the customers to come back and eat I can guarantee that I can bring customers over to the place just byword of mouth.... Read more
