I ordered delivery online and it took an hour to get here and they forgot one of my cookies and my drink. They also gave me the... wrong type of chips and messed up my sandwich. I just drove to Subway by my house because I wanted a salad. They no longer do the chopped salad. So changed my order a simple... turkey sandwich. I get home ready to eat & realize I just wasted $8.00. The bread was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Thetomatoes were like 2 days old and the lettuce was not green, it was all the core. I got home and saw ?hers? on my sandwich. I?m spacing from working so this small thing made me chuckle. Y?all get kudos for... that. Good thing the guy suggested putting cheese on the side for my simple plain husband because he whined when he saw nocheese. That makes up for not having eggs there. I congratulate Subway for hiring convicts and challenged people, but you need to make sure that they can take an order and make... it.I ordered and paid for a Monster Sandwich tonight and my sandwich was smaller than my partner's BMT. I didn't get onions,tomatoes, jalapenos olives as asked. Every time I go there, they are out of all the breads except white. At 6PM there is noexcuse for that. Read more
