What a Great concept. Pure genius, a fast food restaurant slash ice cream parlor slash mini Mart. You can feed your craving and... shop for the little things you need all in one. Braum's started as a working dairy / retail an ice cream joint. Then they started selling hamburgers and really took off in a... big regional way. It is one of those places that is only available where they can support it with their own dairy operations,but if you are somewhere where they are available, you really should give it a try, world class honestly burgers, ice cream,dairy products and now even has a small market on site. We went to braum's with my inlaws from put of town and we were looking forward to having breakfast there. We were showing our... inlaws the store and stuff inside before going to place our order at 10:32 only to be told breakfast finished at 10:30. We wereshocked and a tad bit appauled that 2 minutes even though we were already there we couldn't get breakfast and the staff wererude and have no common sense. They also lost the sales of 12 of us who wanted to have a breakfast meal plus milkshakes togo. Also we would have been return customers but instead we've been put off returning and so have our family and friends. Staffneeds retraining big time not the way to loose customers present and future over 2 minutes. Read more

Braums is always my go to place for fresh produce and ice cream. They have quality foods. Sadly, most shelves were empty... yesterday. Not sure if it was a delivery issue or something else. I had to ask for eggs and the cashier went to the back andgot me what I needed. The workers did not know what the issue was (or they just wouldn't say). Hopefully it all gets resolvedpromptly.
