I love this place, I come here for lunch takeout and their sambusas! The food is great and you get a lot and I love the... sambusas, they have beans and ginger and spices inside and are cheap and filling. What I love too is how friendly they are,every time I go in there no matter who is at the counter they are so nice and friendly!! One time I was squeezed for time andhe promised to get my order quicker and they did. Great people, great food! Read more
Excellent! A friend took me here, and I was really impressed by the great flavors, and the best injera I?ve ever had. But of a... wait and since there?s not AC you might consider take out, but it was worth it in every sense. Medium spicy was very reasonable.The lamb was my favorite, but definitely get it in a combo! Ordered the meat and veggie plate the food was really good. It was my first time eating Ethiopian food. But the service was not... great. It took my order very very long to get to me and it seem like staff was a bit disorganized. Price was fair and portionswhere large. Read more
This place is a liar false advertising so I eat out all the time and I was excited to try some Ethiopian food for my first time... in my hometown! However when I arrived I was disappointed to discover they would not honor my restaurant.com certificate I hadpurchased not more than an hour earlier they told me they do not honor those certificates, however I know from being a long timesubscriber to restaurant.com that they must have accepted and signed up for this in order to be on there website. Don't sign upfor it if you don't want to honor it furthermore honor what you have accepted to be part of, don't just rip people off for one Ipaid ten dollars for my certificate for two the company spends money to put your name on their website, all so you can have somefree advertising shame on you dukem!!!!! OMG! How is this place not get any more 5 star reviews?! We wanted to try a new cuisine and ended up finding this mom and pop... restaurant/market. The people here are so friendly (the cook even came out with our food) and recommended us to eat the lamb w/3veggies combo (1 order was enough to feed 2 people). First time eating Ethiopian food and this place did not disappoint! Willcome back again if we're in Burien! Definitely an authentic place!!! Read more
