AWFUL customer service! Skip this place and support a winery that cares and respects its customers. They refused to serve my... friend and I because she knew and talked to a few people that were already there. They accused us of being a group that did notmake a reservation, when that was not the case. They even had numerous empty tables available, just refused to serve usANYTHING. Read more
Great wine and pleasant, helpful staff. I liked nearly everything we tasted but the cab franc was at the top of my list.
Female server must get off on putting people down. I do not know what set her off to call me a drunk and not to worry about... paying her and to just get out..!! I did not even drink as I was driving. My wife likes the wines at the winery and we have beenhere before. I know it is hard to get good help but she is just down right rude and I have seen other posts about a dismissivestaff person at his winery. Will not be back and feel sorry for her co workers. One of my favorite wineries on the wine trail. Staff is always friendly, wine is delicious, and beautiful views of the lake.... What more could you ask for? This winery is a must every time I am at the finger lakes. It feels like home! Read more
