This has to be the slowest drive-thru line anywhere! From the time I got in line to the time I got my food, it was a total of 25... minutes. The medium fry box was only 3/4 full and the fries were not hot or fresh. Tasted like the frying oil needs changed!Definitely not worth the $9. I checked out the reviews after my door dash order was taking longer than usual. I then saw the negative reviews, and put two... and two together. Another bad apple location full of literal children who drag their feet as a passive aggressive protest overhow little they make. Slow. Food always has a unique gross-ness that I assume is just the "charm" of this particular location. But it's not all bad,... I recommend getting some decent food (elsewhere, obviously) and parking here while you eat. It's entertaining, and confusing, towatch the employees "work" and the unfortunate customers wait patiently for their own taste of that unique charm that only thisArby's can provide. I would give it zero stars if I could. I asked for two Buffalo chicken sliders and a number 15. When I said number 15 I sat... quietly waiting for them to ask small or large and what drink. When they didn?t, I asked if they were still there and shereplied very snootily and said *ugh* ?I?m waiting on you to finish? and I said oh, ok , I guess I?d like a small sprite withthat. I would also like a number 16, and waited for her again to ask size and drink, and when she didn?t, I said never mind, Ijust want the sandwich for number 16, and I?ll take a large mozzarella stick. She told me total and told me to pull forward. Isat there two minutes before anyone even greeted me at the window. Finally they took my payment and gave me my order. I pull offand check, and there?s no fries. I called to tell them and they told me it was because you don?t get fries when you order a twofor six. I explained I didn?t order a two for six, and I wanted a number 15. Then they told me I should have told them I wantedfries and that a number 15 is only a sandwich, but they would go ahead and give me fries, which they brought out to the car.Then my family went to eat before we went shopping at the outlet mall, and found our cheese sticks were over cooked because allthe cheese was cooked out. So. Between the rude service and poor quality food (no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, mozzarellawere Saturday with oil, fries were hard and cold, roast beef was dry, and buns were stale) I would give this Arby?s location azero star if possible. Yo. I live brisket. Check my reviews. I get brisket all around the country and try it. I love Arby?s smoke house brisket. It... melts in your mouth. The smoke lingers in the fat. The sauce is great but the distribution is never solid. Always one side orthe other. Never the less you will not be disappointed y this sandwich. Broski, it hangs with chain smoke houses. I just sat in their drive-through line for 20 minutes when there were literally two people in front of me? Wasted all my time... just to find out there?s no roast beef. I?ll never come here again. What a joke. Just close the place down. It?s completelyuseless. When you have to have people sit at the speaker to order until you completely finish making the order of the person infront of them it?s time to shut down bc either the people running this place are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT or they treat theiremployees so horrifically they can?t keep staff.
