I placed a mobile order at 9:24AM and it said it would be ready in 12-15 minutes. It was only a drink and a muffin. Got there at... 9:40 and it only the muffin was ready, so I waited no big deal. 20 minutes later it?s still not ready so I ask the cashier ifshe can see how much longer and she said I had 4 drinks ahead of me. I waited and like 7 drinks later it still wasn?t ready. Ijust asked for a refund because at this point it was 10:15 and I had to go to class. The girl who was making the mobile orderswas making them as fast as she could, but she should?ve had someone else helping her because having to wait almost an hour for amobile order is absolutely ridiculous. This Starbucks menu is limited, as they are always out of ingredients. I went two Sundays ago at 2:30pm waited in line 30... minutes because apparently the store was not opening until 3pm. Weird. But I waited anyway to end up ordering a frapp becausethey did not have the ingredients to make my usual order, and when I got to the window a lady said "oh and we don't have whippedcream either" and handed me my drink... I watched two baristas get into a shouting match, culminating with one of them yanking the other's ponytail. It's ok though,... because she assured all customers watching that 'it was just a ponytail.' The coffee was good too. Read more
This Starbucks is the worst. I been there twice. First time, they messed up my order, I didn't go back (because of their... attitude) I just accepted it. The last time, I went back I just wanted a coffee. They messed up the order again.(gave me a coldcoffee instead of a hot coffee). Customer service is horrible both time they had horrible attitude. I decided to go back theygave me such attitude I was afraid to drink the coffee. I ask for my money back. ( I didn't even drink the coffee).They keptsome of my money. Only refunded part of my money. I'm giving this place a three star because one of my visits was perfect the second time was terrible. Took almost 20 mins for... one iced coffee that I never got. My uber driver was nice enough to stop for me and I didn't want to make him wait any longerso I left. Shouldn't take that long for one drink. I get your busy but that was an unorganized mess. I work in restaurants andhave been a manager before and that was not efficient. If you are drowning and running that long of ticket times you need tostop taking orders and get caught up before you take more Don't take peoles monies and expect them to wait that long on somethat should be out in no more then 7 minutes. Then when I asked for cold brew all I got was a "we are out" no offer of asubstitute, nothing. Order this drink I saw online, with just 4 things in it. Only got sweet cold foam, latte and toffee syrup. If I woulda known the... caramel made the whole drink I woulda asked for them to add it at the window. I don?t drink Starbucks or coffee nd wanted to trysomething here with the gift card I got nd I didn?t think the Carmel made the whole drink. One of the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Staff is dull and has no sense of urgency. Drive thru line is so long that it... constantly is spilling into the road. Going inside is no better as they prioritize these mobile orders that no one picks up. AsI waited for my single drink that took 15 minutes? I watched them make multiple to go orders then pour them down the drain whenno one got them. Read more
