If you're a fan of Fox's hit show "Kitchen Nightmares" then this is the perfect place for you! First thing I noticed right off... the bat was the out-of-service soda fountain. Then, the long wait time & the cashier/manager person having trouble hearingorders. There was (what appeared to be) a Jalapeño Popper on the ground that every employee ignored. All clear signs thatyou're in a terrible establishment but then, the show started. The lady taking orders from the drive thru and a cook startarguing. Cook rambles off. The cashier/manager apologizes to the customers. Eventually, there's more arguing. I hear thecashier/manager ask a cook if he wants to work in a restaurant. Seemingly, he said no. [He remained there] Apparently, the cooksopened a new bag of fries when they didn't need to. The cashier/manager argues with customers about the prices/deals. The guy infront of me leaves and comes back shortly after b/c they apparently forgot something. By the end, I was too afraid to go up andask for some ketchup packets. Store #2556 The chicken that I ordered on 10/02/2022 tasted like hickory smoked chicken. It was absolutely horrible and the Mac... and cheese tasted spoil, I tossed it. I did call and I spoke with a manager who was very receptive and offered me a new order,however I declined. No Thank You! Please bring Quality Control back to Convienant Food because Fast Food doesn't exist. Read more
Popeyes #2556. My husband bought an eight piece spicy meal with a Coke. The female worker, possibly a manager, had a very nasty... attitude from the beginning in the drive thru. He paid $24.13, got his food, no Coke. He had to swing back around and park to goinside and get his beverage. He had to wait until the manager came for her to ask, what's your drink? No apologies or anything.Upon leaving, the manager locks the door behind him so no one else can come in. He starts eating his food, only to find thechicken not spicy and very greasy, it in fact had the taste of burnt grease with no seasoning. Horrible experience all the wayaround. Read more
I'm assuming they're under new management or maybe i just got lucky on a random Thursday afternoon, but there was a full staff... working, drive thru moved quick and there was plenty of chicken ready. I'm a huge fan of getting a quick bite at Popeyes. The sandwich is huge, so the price is totally worth it in my opinion. I... suggest getting the spicy one, it's not too hot and adds extra flavor to the chicken. Their strips are delicious too! theemployees were nice and the service was great.
