First time coming to Frank's. I decided to give them a try because of the reviews. I went to the Burbank location. The lady was... friendly and kind. I was not impressed at all with the shrimp. The shrimp have a old and fishy taste. They taste freezer burntor like they had been in the freeer too long. I got the chicago style which were described as garlic flavored. These were themost bland unseasoned shrimp. They lacked flavor and seasoning. I didn't like them at all. The coctail sauce was good though.Next time I will just take the trip to Bob's shrimp in Indiana, if I want delicious fried shrimp. I definitely wasted my moneyat this place. Read more
Customer service sucks!! Thank you go"s long way when running a business!! Been going here over 20yrs, hadn't been about 2 yrs.... New owners I believe.. sign on door says masks required..1guy that worked there wasn't wearing mask not good!! Still pandemicfolks!! Would have left but had ordered and paid already..Anyway ordered lb chgo shrimp n oysters.. had more batter and tooomuch garlic more than usual could been more crunchy. Still nice size shrimp tho. 1st time at Frank's Chicago Shrimp House, I wasn't disappointed! Ordered the Chicago Shrimp with barbecue spacy sauce and it was... amazing! Seasoning was on point. Size of the shrimp are big and that's alright with me. Definitely will go back. And don'tforget to order fries! Read more
Best shrimp ever! Tip I was told. If you get take out don't close the top of the bag. It makes the shrimp soggy and not crunchy.
