Most of the staff here is really nice except the lady with a ring in the middle of her nose, she was so depressed about having... to work on Friday I guess, I actually felt bad asking her to make my sandwich. 2 minute read: You need not go to a subway to get a Subway..... sandwich, that is! Let's face it, folks, we as Americans love... sandwiches, RIGHT? As a kid, Mom would pack our classic brown paper bag with a sandwich of some sort. Many times, peanut butterand jam. I don't believe Subway has peanut butter & jam but they do have other great stuff. My favorite is Ham or Roast Beef.Yesterday (06/20/2022) I had Roast Beef and the wife asked for Turkey/Ham (toasted). Our Server, JOSHUA, was raring to serve us.He's a very quiet, very polite Fella and knew what he was doing. I asked for double meat, for which he said was an extra charge.Also, I specified, "You may put a little bit of everything you have there, on my sandwich, but NO JALAPENOS. He made a fantasticRoast Beef Sandwich. He made my wife's sandwich as well and she was happy. This location is in a very busy Shopping center, sothe crowds may differ by what day and time it is. Very poor service. They don't understand or even care to understand what the customer wants. I asked them to change the gloves... since I'm a pescatarian and wouldn't want them to handle my sandwich with the same gloves after shoving tons of bacon or othermeat making the previous sandwiches... when I asked them to change, they were looking at me with hostility! I asked them not tomicrowave the veggies with the protien and cheese for a melt. She said "that is how we do our melts". Then I asked her to forgetthe melt. Just warm it before putting-in the vegies, which she did after coming out of her robotic state of mind...!! I told herthat I will be having it inside. She just rang my bill up without providing any tray or napkins. I had to ask for it. Mosttables were filthy and I had to cherry pick a table where it was relatively less greasy. Finally, they had a large sign on thebathroom door saying "Closed". Basically, it is reserved for the prestigious staff in there. However, I sneaked in brieflywhile they were busy helping other customers just to wash my hands before having my footlong... It is a big shame to have such achain operate, do business as usual and compile millions of dollars of profit per day in America without being accountable forthe behavior of its staff or even providing basic necessities for its clientele. I really don't understand why people don't talkabout it on their social media or even media outlets talk about the filth that these chains operate under. No bathroom forcustomers. No clean tables. I don't even want to imagine the conditions inside of their kitchen. We are expected only to payfor what they've marketed on their posters hoping that it is what it really is regardless of how it is prepared or served. Thisparticular location is undoubtedly way below the standard of being a fast food restaurant/deli. Read more
