Very spacious compared to other locations! Love this newly renovated place! :)
Loud, often messy, and terribly managed. I only order Pike and frequently get something else (that tastes like tar). Last... weekend I returned coffee twice because it was wrong. Why do the get it wrong? Because the coffee storage containers they drawfrom under the counter ARE NOT MARKED. If I wanted mystery coffee I could go to a local greasy spoon and take my chances. TodayI ordered a breakfast sandwich that they gave to someone else. Unfortunately, I waited until I got home to taste the coffee. Itwasn't Pike. It did go down the drain... along with the $2.65 that I paid for it. The location was recently shutdown andrenovated, so I thought I'd give it a try again (it's close to work). Today they could not take cash because they had no change.Apparently, Starbucks thinks it can put lipstick on a pig. This location is still horribly managed. Read more
One of the worst Starbucks I have been to. They never make the drink as told. They would either add some other ingredient or not... add the ingredient at all. When asked if they added as per specification, they would lie on the face. Read more
I?ve only ever been to this one when I order through the app and pick up. So far they?re pretty reliable. The coffee is out when... the app says it?s out. Efficient in-app to physical location ordering. Read more
Drinks are always great and staff is always "staffed". So expect to get your order as you like, and expect to get it rather... quickly. This location does NOT have a drive thru. Not a negative. Just letting people know. There is parking in the back,however, and street parking. The inside has tables and social distancing, but some tables are wobbly and the inside isextremely cold. The outside area is nice, but again, some wobbly chairs/tables, and there's often dust and fur being kicked up. Read more
This is a large Starbucks making it easy to be socially distant when placing an order and waiting for your drink. Plenty of... space outside and since this has parking only for the Starbucks, it makes it easier to get in and out with your car. No drivethru, but thats okay. One of my two go-to Starbucks in Burbank. Great service and friendly baristas. Very large patio is great for a summer hang.... Large inside seating. Unfortunately, like most Starbucks it is dominated by to 7 that buy one coffee and stay from open toclose. It?s gotten better over the last few months. Pro tip: it?s close to John Boroughs high school. Watch out for he 3:00kids rush. Read more
