The food is good it's just the service of this location so rude and especially those fake security guards so mean and customer... service it not good at all. Update: this place makes the lines really ridiculous and parking is so horrible and reallydangerous! Very inconsistent, you don't know where to pay every time it's somewhere different, parking lines are a joke andhazardous, nobody cares about anything here. Seems like the employees don't care. Canes as always was delicious, but some of the chicken was mostly breading, was very crispy. The fries, bread and canes sauce... were to perfection. The music inside was insanely loud, if it was lowered, I feel as if I would've had a better time there. Read more

Me and my boyfriend was here for dinner around 8pm. The line was so insane both dine-in and drive-thru. We waited for 15 minutes... to order and 20 minutes to get the food. The food was ok , fresh not that wow wow! The staff was nice and friendly. The staffwho control the drive-thru line was very helpful. Overall we like it. Not bad! Read more

The place has good chicken, buttttt.... they were out of coleslaw (mind u they have like only two sides) which is Texas toast... and fries. To not have coleslaw kinda takes away from the meal. Also the food was on the cooler side. Hot or at learn warmchicken and fries would be nice. They were also out of ketchup. The cashier though was super nice. Friendly staff and the placewas clean. I've said it before and I'll say it again... Cane's has the best dipping sauce in the fast food game! Simple menu, simply... delicious, and super cravable. I've been waiting for this place to open for months. If you are reading this review soon after Ipost it then you know how good the food is. What you need to know is how to navigate the grand opening frenzy. Please allow meto be your guide. When my wife and I arrived, just after 5pm on a Thursday, the drive thru line was out on the street coned offin the far right lane of traffic all the way around the corner. It was being monitored by Burbank police officers. We lateroverhead an employee saying that the wait in the drive thru line was 40 minutes. Right now dine in is the far better option. Ifyou have a state issued disabled parking pass you can park in the lot on site. I recommend that you have it ready to show thesecurity. They initially were gruffly shooing us away until I showed them my placard and then they were super nice and let usin. Take my advice and just experience the really nice part. It'll make your day better. If you don't have a disabled pass youwill need to find street parking. There is plenty of parking available in the shopping center lot across the street. Eventhough the place was packed and crazy busy we had our food in hand in less than 15 minutes. Waiting in line to order was themajority of the time. We were actually amazed at how quickly we got our food after ordering. The staff were energetic, friendly, and really efficient. The turnover of tables for dine in was quite quick. We had our choice of a few tables inside or out eventhough it was during peak hours. Upbeat music and powerful AC were both blasting inside. Outside was a more chill vibe in spiteof the drive thru line so we chose a table in the shade. In conclusion, park somewhere and dine in. You'll be done with youramazing meal fresh out of the kitchen in far less time than it takes for folks who are waiting in the Read more
