Absolutely terrible. Pizza was extremely overcooked and tasted completely burnt, see pictures. What a waste of $28. Called to... let them know how terrible it was and no one answered. We go to the Calabasas location all the time and it's always amazing.Burbank location is horrific. Will not return. Read more

I ordered their Chicago style pizza. If you're expecting a pie, don't get it. It was barely more than a thin crust with high... walls and extra sauce. My pizza had barely any cheese, and they give you no measurements online so you end up with a generalmedium sized pizza for $20 when you were expecting something more substantial at that price point. I also completed theirfeedback form after the fact and just got a general automated response a day later. First to try this pizza place. Customer service was cool but unfortunately, the food was not as great. I ordered a medium pizza,... w/ vegan pepperoni and vegan sausage. It was baked fine but just was tasteless. Being vegetarian, i tried other pizzas etc andwas better elsewhere. Just not this one! To each is own though.
