A typical Five Guys, clean and with a consistently warm atmosphere. They could use an update of the pull quotes, as I have seen... the same accolades for a few years. It may be a leftover from the pandemic but at the time of my visit there were no condimentdispensers, so I had to make do with packets. Cheeseburger w/ ketchup, mustard, grilled onion- 5 ????! Thick Cut Fries - 5 ????! Five Guys naturally gets five stars, one for... each guy. But seriously, their burgers are worth each star so there is nothing to worry about. They are one of the moreprominent higher end burger franchises but they make sure they back it up with a solid burger. An interesting detail I enjoyedwas they don't call it a double burger. Instead, the double is the normal and the single burger is a junior. I was watching thechef put my order together and he nonchalantly dumped a huge amount of fries into the bag. The amount of fries in the picture isfar beyond the serving container. They are nice, thick cut fries. Five Guys has vinegar as a condiment. If you've never triedsalt and vinegar fries, it is a good combo to enhance the fries. I was in the area for a movie and hadn't planned a place toeat at. I felt inspired to go here. I've had their burgers before but it had been a long time. I'll certainly visit otherlocations for more reviews. Read more
Bad customer service. Very filthy restaurant. No one came to clean the leak - was there for 15 min. Gross.
Awesome burgers. But they better be. To feed a family of 4 was 50 dollars. But they got fresh non frozen meat and free peanuts.... Multiple flavor shake options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back but not that soon for $12 a burger. Read more

I'm a bit skeptical about giving Five Guys another chance. They're good, but customer service is lacking, especially at night. I... waited for what seemed like 10-15 for just large fries. Finally when I received my order, it didn't include the extra scoop offries 5 guys is known for giving their customers, because it's included in the price. When I asked the young lady that preppedmy order where my "extra" fries were, she replied she had included them already. There were like 2 additional fries in the bagwith a bunch of napkins. Luckily, she asked if I wanted more, so I replied yes. I was not impressed with the quantity she gaveme, plus it was loaded with an inedible amount of seasoning. I decided to leave and not ask for a Manager because it was late. Iwrote a complaint online, was called two days later by the Assistant Manager. He left a message letting me know they were goingto make it right. Long story short, I have the option of coming back to get my fries made and served correctly. I appreciateboth the Assistant Manager, as well as the General Manager whom I spoke to the next day for trying to resolve this issue. Hencethe 4 stars. 5 Guys is expensive, compared to other "fast food" burger options out there. So you expect better quality andservice. That's all I'm saying. Read more
Wow! what a beautiful burger, for a long time I searched for a burger always setting "in n out" as the standard, trying the... habit,fat burger and some others. I always came away dissatisfied and disappointed but tonight, dare I say it, don't hate me forgiving opinion of my wife two very picky boys and myself I'm almost scared to say it, best burger ever!!! Better than in n outDang that's alot! The peanuts are awesome kids loved them.I wasn't hungry but had an hour to kill before a movie stop in.I letCharly at the counter know it was my first time there so he explained the size of there burgers are double and that there fryswere big cups.This guy was awesome and the burger was heavenly.Melted in my mouth delightful finished the last bite. The company does a good burger. The quality seems to be the same as other restaurants in the chain.
