Friendly staff. Good food. I tried the mushroom and swiss burger for the first time. So good! I?m so glad to have a Chili?s... in Bulverde/Spring Branch! We needed other restaurant options. This Chili?s has an interesting design and layout. It is alittle smaller than others I?ve been to. Update 6/28/2022 - I went back and had the Brisket Burger (the picture of the one cutin half)? my gosh I love this burger! ?plenty of meat. Very disappointed. They?ve been open for several weeks and wasn?t hoping any issues with be opening would be worked through. We... went in on a Saturday at 3ish. Ordered drinks and appetizer to start. Two of the three bar drinks came to the table. The personwho delivered them was not our server. So we said one drink was missing. She went and checked on it N and it was not made. 20minutes later still no drink. My husband could see it sitting made at the bar. Our server no where to be found. My husband wentto to the bar and had to get it himself and bring it back to the table. Had to all for straws, napkins and flatware. Our foodtook almost 40 minutes. Salad and quesadillas. Mine was to come with fries and garlic toast. When asked the server she lookedperplexed. Came back with both. Horrible service! Good was mediocre at best. Not sure if I?m willing to give them another goor not. We had four or five different people bring us drinks or food. We saw the manager at several tables trying to make rightwrong or problematic service. Read more
This is the best Chilli's restaurant by far hands down. Great ambience. Love the Rustic decoration. Great customer service and... great food. Our server Clay was one of the best servers that we have ever had. He was very attentive to us and courteous andpolite. Read more
Literally the worst chilis in Texas! Been here 4 times and 1 time got a to go order. How does any decent person think that... burned/half put together food is acceptable! Poor management and ownership! Also every time we have gone to this chilis theservice is horrible and there is something wrong with the order every time! I can go to any other chilis on any given day andhave exceptional service and food. What a waste of a restaurant space for this area! Read more
Order half rack of ribs. Ribs was not warm up completely. Was still tough from the freezer. By far the worst meal I had from a... Chili. I will not be going back. End up throwing away the whole meal. I'm so done. I gave them a chance to correct my order because I really try hard to extend grace. I understand that these are... really rough times for businesses in general. With that said, our large order came out cold. The manager gave a discount. I gethome and one of my daughter's burgers is raw in the middle. My other daughter's burger had a hair in the the burger. If I couldgive zero stars I would. None of this makes sense or is acceptable. BEWARE!!! Read more
How do I describe this confusion? Chili's is awesome. I have not dined in a Chili's since the 2000s and they have reinvented... themselves! Lunch is $11 with a deink and appetizer! They have reward programs! The food was delicious! Why spend $13 atTacobell or Burger King, when for $11 you can have this freshly cooked lunch! As for thr service, I know people are frustratedbut it is the post Covid affect. We woek with what we have. Read more
This is the worst chili's. 1st visit: Chicken avocado bacon sandwich was a real let down. Barly any avacado, 1 tiny uncooked... bacon, and the chicken tasted terrible. Also, dry as hell. 2nd visit: Big mouth chicken sandwich was cold, had hardly anyveggies, and my bread was soggy. Fries were cold too. Which tells me my food sat and got cold and soggy.
