Great selection!! Lunch was good. We enjoyed shopping and having lunch on the patio. BLT was huge but the mayo had a weird sour... taste to it. Did not appreciate feeling like the the lady stocking shelves was watching/following me, but that's a pet peeve ofmine at any place I go to with the intention of supporting their business by making purchases. I love going here but it's almost impossible anymore to get anything from the deli. The crowd for sandwiches has just overtaken... the store. Maybe consider adding on a space for sandwich orders which would help alot. Would recommend going through the weekinstead of the weekend. Overall not bad, great selection of items. Small Amish store and deli. Their sandwiches are huge and can make 2 meals out of. Every ingredient they serve up is fresh and... tasty. The best cornbread salad, potato salad and cornbread salad (our favorites). Can buy meats and cheeses by the slice, thepound or the entire thing. One our local favorites. Upon walking in the door I said, "OH no, I'm in trouble!" knowing my credit card was going to take a hit. The store was a little... further off the interstate than I expected and crowded for a Wednesday afternoon. I had THE BEST Rachel Reuben. Lots of freshturkey, just the right amount of sauerkraut and dressing on the freshest rye bread. Service was quick. Prices seemed a littlehigher but everything seems higher now. A great range of interesting products, as well as foods we have never tried. Sandwiches are available and there is a fair amount... of outside seating....we will return. My personal favorite is the 4 year old sharp cheddar (brand Lancaster county). Read more

It's a "must stop" any time we're up this way. Love their generous sandwiches, made fresh per order. Friendly staff and so many... baked goods, pies, dry goods, aged cheeses, canned foods, spices, way more than I can list. You just have to stop in and see foryourself.
