The only thing I do not like about this almost perfect Taco Bell is that they do not turn on their free wifi for some reason. ... Good food for a taco bell and excellent employee at the drive through! Tight first turn in the drive through for a full size... crew long bed pickup,but made it, 2nd turn to exit drive through was tight too, but easier. Read more
Taco Bell is cheap fast food, Southwest flavors and dishes. But since basic "Mexican" food is simple, limited ingredient fare,... TB has nailed this category with consistent flavorful dishes. Taco Bell also - unlike many Southwest like fast food - isconstantly experimenting with new flavors and meals. Recently they've been on a Doritos flavor arc, adding the most populartortilla chip flavors in their menu. (Since Taco Bell and Frito Lay are both PepsiCo brands, this makes a lot ofsense.) Truthfully, a locally owned Mexican drive thru will have better food, but TB is ubiquitous, open longer hours, and lessexpensive. Read more
Free food poisoning w every wrong order!! Employees will laugh & corporate hold time goes up every time they let you know how... long your hold time is. On hold with corporate my 10 minute wait time has now been 28 min and the recording now says wait timeis 34 min. Corporate doesn't care that they poison their customers . Read more
Full disclosure the 5 stars is for the customer service there was an issue but was handled so well that the mistake and wait... time go out the window it's rare to get such good service from friendly staff it's nice when all the employees are not deadinside and hate their job the managers are doing something right, the lobby was clean and well stocked on sause packets which isnice and the food was hot so you earned your 5 stars.... thanks Read more
I order 12 taco party, 1 chicken chalupa supreme, 2 chicken quesadillas. The 15 items was in the box with the 12 tacos, when... arrive in the hotel parking lot the box was open on the bottom all the food was in the floor and I put in the trash I call forlong time to the taco bell and the phone was bussy all the time. I absolutely love the drive thru staff, hats off to the hiring manager. I order all hrs of the day and night and the staff is... always nice, and full of smiles. I think this team should be the example to other taco bell teams, keep up the greatwork???? Update...tacos have been really soggy, sticks to the paper, seems pre made, cheese melted on the meat but the topcheese is new. No longer pleased with the service. Ask for extra lettuce or just the right amount of lettuce and they give memore cheese instead. This is happening too often and I'm over it. Read more
