I work in a busy medical facility and we ordered lunch for delivery. Every single item we ordered was incorrect. Items were... missing, all sauces were missing. We ordered multiple salads and were given no dressings. The extras we paid for were not putonto our items. When we called to let them know and see what we could do, the girls answer was ?you can come pick up thedressings but that?s all I can do for you.? This is the kind of customer service that deserves higher than min pay? I think not. How about a better attitude and a drive to do at least a decent job at work. Read more
Despite the manager, the two employees who worked there are awesome. Great customer service, made the sandwich quickly with the... best ingredients, stopped making peanut butter cookies though and the cheesecake cookies and I believe something else, I kindadon't want to give two stars but the customer service by the two sandwich artists at the front of the line is why I'm givingthem the 2 star, if there manager wasn't working as the manager there then I'd give them 5 Stars for sure. That manager needs totake a class on customer service and they need to post proper signs or have the workers mention different prices for differentstuff.
