I just had the best cheeseburger and the best potato salad in Bullhead City. Shiver River is so much more than yummy frozen... treats, although those treats are and have always been amazing! Furthermore, the customer service was excellent. It is veryclear that they are intent on giving the customer an experience that will make they want to return.
