Satin line for about 35 to 40 minutes just to order. Then we get our order we go home. Part of our order was missing we did not... get at all. I ordered bean and and cheese burrito and add egg. Got no beans at all. And then one of the other orders was alsomessed up asked with no lettuce and you gave it with lettuce. Very very disappointed with your service. I go there a lot and tobe serviced like this is uncalled for should not have to check order before we leave. Read more
I want to leave a review to tell you Erika (or Erica I apologize I can?t remember) is the most amazing person. She is so kind... and helpful she?s someone that goes the extra mile and that means a lot these days. Every Wednesday my assistant and I go in andpurchase lunch for some of our Residents. She not only helped with the many orders but gave us bigger bags to carry it all andhad the most infectious smile! Thank you Erika for being one of the few good ones left ?? You are appreciated ?? Great location along 95. The value menu is still one of the best among fast food chains, but prices are climbing. Glad they... have Taco Tuesday and Thursday! They offer Cherry Coke on tap, so what else could you ask for! Read more
Almost weekly come here while we are in Laughlin, fast, good service & yummy , friendly place to eat or to go , only 1 one we... got in fresh bean for burrito , rest are fresh & delicious, taste of taco & burritos just right for us , make sure you checkyour orders before you leave coz sometime they are busy , I want crunchy taco but I got soft taco but it's alright I'm happy .All of their crews are nice & happy , I can see they having great team work there , always love to grab food there Read more
7/19/2022 Went through drive-through between 3:40 to 3:50 on Tuesday advertised were 3 snack tacos for $1.69 they told me no... it's $1,89. When I got up to the window to pay right in front of me it said 3 snack tacos for 1.69 I pointed it out the cashierwho turned to her supervisor. The supervisor came and ripped it off the window and told me they are 3 for 1.89. Very poorcustomer service and false advertising as I paid and drove away it was also posted on the front window which I have attached inthis rating. Oh and they didn't give me my receipt or drink. The Tacos were great they offer several meat options. They even serve breakfast. The Tostado beans and paste were not flavorful... but the ingredients were fresh the portions were ample. Everything else that does not come with beans tasted good and wasseasoned perfectly. I will give them another try to see if maybe something was just a little off that day. We came here late at night and had a huge order for 18 people. The entire staff was professional and quick with the service.... Jakob was the young gentleman who took our drive through order and he was phenomenal a great employee for this this company. Allof his coworkers were very professional. Hot and fresh! Gotta love the taco deals and the classic chicken burrito! If you get the app and refer a friend you can really... make good use of points and easily stuff 2 people for about $10! Just make sure you give them time to make the food, the appruns slow to place the order at the restaurant. My only "irk" is that later at night they seem to have their friends hang out inthe drive thru with the music up loud. Read more
