I was warned not to go here, but I usually like their bundles. It was a bad day though. I was told pick up 25 minutes...I got... there in 30. Saw many waiting for their pickups. Paid and waited... And waited...and waited. The hostess was way too busy, theyshould give her a raise. The manager and 3 other employees were all trying to print some tables receipt... Finally, after 30mins since paid, I asked if my order was ready, said they would check. But just kept searching receipts for another 5 minutes.So I said, so it's not ready. They said just a minute. They go in back, 5 minutes later come out with my food and it is all oldand cold. I ask for new fries, and will heat up the chicken myself when I get home, since I have to drive 25 minutes to home.They go in back, and bring out the same fries. Unless they want to say that all their fries are served cold... Either way, overan hour, sub par food. Not fun. But hey, at least the people who were waiting for their receipt got a discount for the next timethey come in. To be fair, it seemed like they could have been short staffed, and on a wait. Just like me. Bonus tip: Bringcash to tip, so you don't add it to your pickup order and still wait and wait. Read more
This place is huge, excellent for large gatherings. They make their own tortillas in house while you wait. We were served two... types of salsa with our chips that was a nice change. We ordered carne asada tacos. The meat was very flavorful and tender twotacos is a meal! We also had a side of guacamole which was very fresh. This restaurant feels very homey and welcoming. The wings were horrible. No taste. No sauce. Be careful would not order or go here. Salad was good but it ain?t call Buffalo... Wild Salad. Save ur money Read more
If you?re coming here & not working with the server Kersten, you?re doing it wrong lol. In all seriousness Kersten?s service was... impeccable, she was fast & always checked in on us. She always had a huge smile & would take the time to recommend specificitems on the menu. (I tried the new honey BBQ bird dawg per her recommendation & was not disappointed.) Kersten is definitely ahuge asset to this team & I will be asking for her anytime I stop in now.. thank you for such an amazing experience!! Read more
Went for lunch business meeting. Sorry, their food still doesnt impress me. Sat at the bar. Bartender was really laid back and... somewhat attentive. For maybe 10 people being in there our food took some longer then i would have thought. The cook did bringit out though! Read more
Wings are absolutely amazing. We ordered bone-in and boneless. There's hamburgers for the kids and chicken wraps for those not... looking for something too heavy. There's a juke box listening station you can download on your phone called Touch Tunes. Itallows you to sync with apps rather having to pay. Just have it ready to play or it becomes an awkward silent mess if your notprepared. Read more
Ordered wings and cheesecake for takeout. Store front hosts were great! Excellent customer service. Smiled and got me my food... quickly. Food was still hot once I got back. I got the Mango Habanero and Jammin Jalapeno flavored wings. Food tastes great! Noissues for me. I will be back and I definitely recommend! Read more
Mens bathroom had plastic and tape over 1 urinal. Floor was dirty and there were no paper towels. quite disgusting. Bar Pizza... was cold - sent it back. Another one came out just as cold. I walked out. Prior to Covid this was a good location. Now it is adump and needs to be shut down by corporate. Read more
