I felt kind of odd walking into Baskin-Robbins as my husband and I were the only people of color there and it seemed to me that... the staff was reluctant to service like they were saying you do it no you do it and finally a server came she was pleasantenough and thank God she came because the boy that didn't want to serve us was playing in his hair. No one in this place usegloves to serve you and that's fairly uncomfortable to me as covid is still alive and kicking. Read more

Ugh! So two boys were working tonight 4/10 and a lot of the scoops looked like kid scoops. I opened mine up and this is what it... looked like. I have not once ever had it look like this. The boy was rushing everything! So when you rush things the QUALITY isnot there. I come here a lot and this time, I was disappointed in what I had received! I think they need retraining again!Literally looks like a kids scoop and one regular scoop. SMH! Have not even touched it yet too. This is how the others lookedas well.
