Went into filer subway today...two young minor no manager on duty. Mixed up the two sandwich toppings due to distractions of... family coming for free beverages. Went back to ask them to fix the issue they had to call the general manager and the generalsaid because I was there having them put the toppings on that they wouldn't fix the issue of their employees mixing thesandwiches up. Then turn around and offer to pull off the jalapeños off the sandwich which in laws you are prohibited fromtaking food back into the preparation area once it has be transferred to customer. Also wearing nose piercings and sweats sounprofessional. The nose piercings is another food safety law. I would not ever go to this establishment again. Why should acustomer not get what they wanted due to employees error and why should they have to wait for them to contact a managerespecially being minors. I believe they are required by state law to.have a manager on duty over 18. So I wasted 20 for twosandwiches. Corporate and Idaho department of health has been notified. Also called back to get general managers information andthe minors who were working refused to give the first name of the manager or any information to contact to try and avoid megetting dirext info to get ahold of corporate. They appeared to be the general managers grandkids according to the person thatwalked in and got free drink in his mug that apparently the general manager had sent in. The guy said, "Did your grandma callyou guys yet?" They both replied, "no" and he said, "She will be!" They told me that the person was the general managers son. I walked in, was greeted, and was treated very well. I got a 6 in. Meatball sub. I brought it home to eat it because I knew it... would be messy. It turned out to be one of the best subs I have ever had. I even called them to tell them how good it was. I'mdefinitely going back. Read more

Idk but tje employees don't care how to treat customers. 1st,I ordered online from the app. I ordered BOGO50. IT WAS BUY ONE... FOOTLONG AND THE OTHER HALF OFF. Hubby's order was the spicy Italian and he wanted Extra meat 1.50 more and I made sure to clickon that. I ordered the Club and ordered the Mozzrella $2 more. Made sure I clicked on it. So it was charged on my receipt. Then it said it would be ready at 755 pm. Got the Ready button. We hit the we are really here buttons. So at 720 theyfinally brought it out. Mind you I have disability so I use curbside fir alot of my outings. Anyhow, I didn't get the coupon,paid more and didn't receive from the extra meat and the mozzarella. I had the most best experience today by phone. I feel bad I forgot the young girls name . But I haven't gotten anything from... Subway for at least 5 months due to being ill. First bone spurs then finally a total hip replacement. I called in a order for asub today and the girl on the other end was so sweet made my day and lifted my spirits. My boyfriend met her when he picked upthe order. We both thank you for your kindness. Read more
Just had their new sub from the new menu it was amazing. Very clean place to eat and staff is awesome and helpful.

It's alright Edit: Now days, the service is actually good. The sandwiches are good, fresh (as far as I know), and they build... the sandwich quickly. I always get a customized sandwich, but I would give the sandwiches on the menu a try. Read more
