This is the third or fourth time I tried to come through the drive thru before closing, and have never been able to order... anything. This time, no one was visible in the kitchen, and no one was available to receive a simple order of fries. I was here20 minutes before their listed closing time. If they are unable or unwilling to work the posted hours, they need to put signs upat their drive thru windows. I?ve tried giving them multiple chances but I won?t be returning. Read more
Whomever owns this Wendy's needs to start being present and see what the staff here does. 7pm on a Monday and waited 19 minutes... inside. Nobody else was inside and only 2 vehicles in the drive thru. Sorry staff! Read more
Very friendly service at the drive-through. A bit of a wait but it?s not their fault they?re busy and short staffed.
At this Wendy?s the staff are very friendly and attentive to detail,our food has always been fresh and hot in my experience so... far .the strawberry berry salads are amazing!! My personal fave! Read more
Always from my experience drive thru people aren't pleasant and food was cold! I don't recommend the drive thru and if you do... make sure you tell them off the fryer and boiler so it's fresh! Read more
Just pulled off from staying in drive thru line for 15 mins. People in front of me were pulling off. Finally got to speaker. No... one ever spoke a word, waited several minutes. Pulled up to window. Told the guy, I thought your speaker was broken. He says no,we just want people to pull up to window to order, because we are out of a lot of stuff and don't want people pulling off. Sayshe is out of frostys, salads, chicken, most of the drinks, and other stuff. Asked if they had hamburgers, he said it will be a10 minute wait. If u want people to pull up to window to order, put a sign at the speaker. Read more
Very friendly staff, quick service, excellent food. There was a problem with the drink machine, but that can happen anywhere and... it was promptly attended to. Both the dining room and the restrooms were very clean as well, and the food was delicious.Management and staff definitely have their eye on the ball at this location, and we'll be back soon for that new hot chickensandwich!
