This has been my go-to Waffle House for the last 20 years!!! We went in last night after going to the haunted house down the... road. It was PACKED! Our server Olivia was great and John made me the best All-star I have ever had! There was a lot ofhighschoolers coming from the football game, you can imagine how crowded and loud it was. Quite simply the best Waffle House experience ever! Fantastic food and the best service staff we?ve ever had. Prompt, courteous,... friendly and welcoming. We visited Sunday morning July 17 and we were blown away by receiving the kind of service you just can?tfind anywhere, anymore. Our crew of four people were recovering from a huge Saturday on Lake Lanier and what this team providedus was just what the doctor ordered! Thanks to the Cute waitress midnight 7/3/22! She deserves raise and promotion for her great work ethics! no option for.more... stars? Hard to find good employees such as these in this market, yall gonna wanna keep her! Added that the other twoemployees(manager?andcook) need one too on that shift, but she(cute.waitress) went above and beyond this particular evening.Therefore l felt compelled and so floored at her tenative nature and customer service skills, that I needed to make sure she wasrecognized other than a decent tip.. i can't give anymore stars? location: To go orders only, and accepting no call ins you haveto show up in person. Having done that somewhat unwillingly I'm gonna come.back again round this time next time I want some goodol famous WA-HO and hope I can get her section/area or she takes my order if to go only. I gave this restaurant a 5. Not because of the food but of the single server working there. Only 2 people were working in the... restaurant that was very busy.The young lady server, Bobby Joe was incredible she handled the crowd very well. She even washelping to cook. Meanwhile keeping service as fast as possible. I would hire this young lady if I had a company. Read more
I haven't been to this waffle House lately. My last three or four times at a waffle House they lazily got my order incorrect. I... order the same thing every time I go to waffle House in any state. The last three or four like I said they couldn't manage tomake my hash browns correctly and last time actually somebody served me broken eggs. Thank you to the friendship road branch. Not only were they sensitive to me being big and pregnant but they were so... accommodating. I shed tears of gratitude and gratefulness because someone covered my bill. This is my first time eating fromWaffle House since I relocated to Ga eleven and a half months ago. As usual Waffle House did what it does best. Good food medium fast! Had the bacon egg cheese grit bowl. I did notice the bowl... was smaller but the food was filling none the less. Coffee good also. Read more
Wife had the pecan waffle and enjoyed it very much, everything was cooked as asked and delicious.
