Found these nose hair looking folicals in the food. Called the restaurant and asked if this was normal. He said to bring it in... for another plate. A quick 3 second look and the mystery was solved. Its the ginger in the rice or garlic but he was quick to besure on what he was unsure on. Asked if there was any other complaints and let me leave with the same food. It didn't break whenI pulled it apart (like a string) and rubbing it in between my fingers didn't break it so it's probably not good for digestion.Good luck ???? Read more
Ordered from Doordash. As you can see from the photos that is what arrived. This is unacceptable. I was at a loss of words when... I pulled this out of the bag. The chicken was so dry and overcooked, it is almost black. Almost all of the chicken on oneplatter were strings and pieces of dried up chicken that were almost hard as rock. Seeing as how there are so many great reviewshere there must've been an issue with the workers that day. I have had issues with some Halal Guys locations serving some foodlike this but this is by far the worst. Unless there are some major changes I will not be eating from here again. We came here for lunch and it was delicious. The service behind the counter was so patient and kind so we ordered our meals... easily. The ingredients were so fresh and our bowls weren?t heavy to the stomach even though a size Small was plentiful for me! I asked to add more white sauce to my bowl and it was perfect. The cake was something I haven?t had before, the flakiness of thetop layer was delicious and the cream cheese wasn?t too sweet but sweet enough. Definitely will continue to come again. Read more
