Yo, I looooove Taco Bell. Was happy to have this new one very close to my house. I've been to many Taco Bells over the years... and unfortunately this one stands out as the worst. Been close to ten times, more often than not they've messed up my order.Couple times they didn't have the items I purchased through the app. Burritos and tacos have the least amount of filling I'veever seen and to top it all off this location is very expensive. As I went through the drive thru at 4:50 this evening to order my family a party pack, I had no idea it would be such... trouble. I would like the soft shell party pack please. We are not doing party packs. We are short staffed. Dumbfounded bythe response I proceeded to ask if I could just order 12 soft shell tacos not in the party pack. No. We are shortstaffed. What I regret not saying then was? alright, can I get 11 soft shell tacos? 10? 9? How many tacos is the appropriateamount that y?all can handle for an order? I also regret not ordering 2 and driving around the building 6 times? or 3 anddriving thru 4 times? 4 and going around 3 times? 6 and circling the building twice. Surly they could make 12 tacos overmultiple orders? or maybe that would just be an impossible ask. How can you not make 12 soft shell tacos? That is literallyyour one job. Meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes? next. This was one of the most comical experiences I?ve ever had at arestaurant. Felt like sharing my experience. I?m honesty just so confused haha Read more

I ordered in app, and wanted the promo item. I was sitting in my car for a while with issues with connections (cellular) When an... employee came outside. He was polite in asking if anything was wrong. When I told him I ordered in app he told me they could notcook my food (an issue with the grill) and would cancel my order and refund my money and give me back my promo. But I satwaiting for the app to update and it never did. He said they would refund it and return the promo. Instead he came out with abag and said we steamed it instead. I was confused, then he said we are out of mango for the freeze (it was free). He thenbrought me out 1 each of the small freezes, cherry and Baja blast flavor. I left then realized the burrito was almost inedibleand sticking to the wrapper so bad I was eating paper. So I want to say this employee went above and beyond for me but did notfollow-thru with what he said, and the food was very disappointing. It tasted good just VERY difficult to eat anddisappointing. Second time ordering from this location. I asked for no. 6 with steak. STEAK not chicken. Even the first time they made same... mistake. I paid extra steak fee twice but never got one Bruh Read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION PAST 7-8pm. During the day this is an amazing location but This is the absolute worst Taco Bell... location during the night period. They desperately need night management. There is ALWAYS a problem at night. You can only order5 items bc they are short staff, you can only pay with cash as long as it is correct change or else they do not have change tobreak a $20 bc their card machine is down mysteriously, they do not have ground beef or cheese past 9pm or so, their soft drinkmachine is out on half the choices, from the time you order to the time you get your food there is a really good chance youcould be sitting there for 20+ min. And the worst thing about the entire situation is that the night employees on duty could actlike they care less about THEIR problems that cause all these issues for the customers. It?s crazy! This would be the polaropposite of the service of chic fil a. During the day, great service and great food! But after a certain time it instantly goesdownhill. It?s crazy!! Read more

We love Taco Bell but lately the Taco Bell at this location is going downhill and it?s only the night crew . If you go to Taco... Bell during the day , you will have amazing service and your order will be correct but at night there?s always a problem, theyONLY take cash because the card machine is always down at night , you could ONLY order 4 items and that?s it, they have noground beef past 8pm and your order will ALWAYS be wrong . It almost feels like they do it on purpose. We asked for 2 burritoswith no sour cream and when we opened up the burrito , it was literally a big pile of sour cream , little meat and cheese . Iworked in the food industry and I understand things happen but when it happens every night, and see the employees all outsidesmoking , and hanging out it just lies and excuses to not serve you. If I could give this Taco Bell no stars, I would give it no stars. This is the worst meal I have ever eaten at Taco Bell. I... ordered two soft tacos and, as you can see by the photo, it look like somebody threw up on the Taco and then folded it. Iordered two burritos and they tasted like tofu with salt on it. If you want real Mexican food go to a real Mexican restaurant,State totally away from Taco Bell. Read more

Should have read reviews. So disappointed since this is a brand new location. Asked for burrito extra beans, no cheese, no... sauce. They got it correct on the receipt, charging extra for the beans? but get home with a normal burrito with the cheese andsauce. Normally not that particular with incorrect orders, but the no cheese is because my daughter has a milk protein allergyand has severe reactions with any milk/cheese products. So this upsets me because it?s not like O can just pick out the cheeseand give it to her, she?d still have a reaction! Likely won?t go back. They should look into what ever the issue is with thislocations since this seems to be a very recurring theme. Read more
