They didn't bother to warm my cheesy rollup add beef. Waited 10+ minutes to receive the order (only 2 cars in front of me) and... they didn't even cook it in the steamer. I ordered soft taco, soft taco Supreme, and 5 layer burrito. Soft ans Supreme taco both were soggy and taco wrap was all... falling apart, then for the burrito? It had cheese, been and rice in It and wasn't even 5 layer burrito ???? . The food is always decent compared to a lot of other taco Bell's around. And the people are always really nice that work there.... I've been working in Buford for 2 years now and I used to go here at least once a week or every other week. But for these last 6or 7 months I quite going all together because somehow the sodas are always flat and flavorless. Witch I'm sure isn't theemployees fault. The food was actually fresh, hot and tasty. Quite what I would expect out of top-of-the-locations on food quality. Sure the... location a bit out dated and needs a little refreshing but we can forgive it for the price and quality of the food. The diningroom was closed due to the understandable lack of staff due to a national labor shortage. But the wait in the Drive-Thru wasn'ttoo long We had burritos and they were good enough to for sure visit this location again. This location is a hit or miss roller coaster ride for me. Some days they had the best service anyone can ever ask for five star... guarantee and then out of nowhere they bring in the ones that push people out the door and not want to return. It's starting toget a little ridiculous but I just called up there today and had a young lady on the phone and the only thing I asked was who Iwas speaking to meaning a staff member a manager, she went a little too far and was like so secretive about who I was speakingto which was ridiculous. Therefore I'm going to say this for the young lady that I just spoke to him if you can't handlequestions from customers on phones please don't answer the phone. Even if I wanted a name you could have been Sarah Tara Millyor Jennifer you could have said anything but you turned it into something secretive I just wanted to ask a question and you madeit a big deal please stop or don't answer the phone get somebody else to answer the phone if you can't handle the public. I went to this location today after placing a Mobil order at 2:10 and arrived at 2:25 and was told to pull forward when I got to... the window I was told to pull up it was being made well I sat there for another 20 mins and watched people who ordered after meget there food when all I got was a five layer burrito and a Mexican pizza. My husband went in the store to retrieve the orderand was immediately cussed out by the manager on duty. And her children behind the counter, trying to make food there was alsoanother girl out of uniform with a pink visor on walking around with her cell phone up to her ear. My husband was also cussedlike a dog. I wouldn?t recommend this location to anybody I can only give a one star if I could I give them a -2000 stars in myopinion as a GM she should be fired immediately. Read more
