This is the 3rd time I come to this location Taco Bell and they leave the doors locked all the time so that way no one can dine... in and stuff like that!! So ridiculous. I always wanted to go inside of this location Taco Bell just because I have friends thatcome with me to certain restaurants and this Taco Bell is literary 3 minutes away from my house. Even they don?t care and justwant to waste your time by leaving their website on Google with lies where it says that the restaurant is dine in but it?snot. The manager that was on the team that day was quite possibly the best fast food worker that I have ever had the pleasure of... being served by! She was friendly, helpful and ever so accommodating. She even came out in the dining room and checked on us tomake sure we had everything we needed. If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. Read more
This location will just randomly close with a drive thru wrapped around the building. We placed a mobile order to pick up in... the drive thru. There was a long line that we joined and waited 15 minutes with only a couple of cars moving. I went to the doorand the employee told me they were closed. It was 6:55 pm. We placed our mobile order at 6:25pm. They told us they would give usour mobile order. Then decided they would open back up and started taking orders again. Weird Read more
So the food was great, however I am leaving a bad review due to I walked inside to place my order and a nice kid walks up and... asks me if I need help . I respond with yes sir I would like to place my order please. He looks at me and says I have to use thetouchscreen order board behind me . If that?s the case why do they have credit card machines near the registers at the counter .Is it just me or where has customer service gone . McDonald?s has a touchscreen self order but their employees are also trainedand ready to take your order if you don?t feel like doing that . It?s called customer service . If your going to force me toring myself up , why not also let me go behind the counter and make my order as well , maybe wash the dishes in the back too.Just get rid of the employees and make it all self serve . Bro, that hot fresh Bell hit us in the brain first! Like we were feeling straight dopamine bursts when ole boy handed us our... bags. Our table was already prepped with a pile of napkins, hot sauce, and that tasty new Diablo sauce. We had a chihuahuanicknamed Diablo once, haha, he was a beast. I had an icy Dr. Pepper on stand by, my girl had a water, but you know, she'salways staring at my Dr. Pepper boy! We opened our bag of heaven, 3 crunchy supremes and a nachos bellgrande, which I think islike big bell in Español but it was fire, haha, fuego! Good eats for sure, go check them out! Read more
