Normally, I don't have any problems with this location. However, my daughter and I went there last night right before they... closed and bought four footlongs. I purchased a turkey footlong. When I got home and started to eat it, it had a strange smelland the meat tasted funny. So I put the sandwich to the side so that I could return it. Went back this morning (btw, thesandwich had the whole car smelling rancid) and advised that the meat was bad. The lady at the counter said that it smelled thatway because I didn't finish it last night (smh) and proceeded to say that she gets fresh meat every day. I go to this locationat least twice a week (for the last two years) and have never complained. I will think twice and hopefully I won't get sick fromeating part of that sandwich. BTW, I never finish a footlong the same day. She did return my money though. Read more

There was a white man...who was rude as hell. The store was to close at 8pm... we were there are 7:37 ... it was sunday March... 29th 2020... he was serving one person... and he rudely said we aren't serving...we are ALMOST closed. Okay..that'sunderstandable ....but why do you have to be so rude???? He doesn't deserve to be paid to be such a rude customer serviceemployee...send him home and let him be trained properly before he has to deal with people. Read more
This Subway is located inside the Walmart in Buford, and it was okay. Would probably eat here again, the food was fresh, and... tasted good, but as expected, the service was terrible. Once we got there, the only lady that was behind the counter wastalking with some of Walmart employees. At first, I waited because it seemed to be important, but after around 5 minutes, theywere just laughing, and continue to talk like I wasn't there. When she decided to acknowledge me, I ordered what I usually get,the "Chicken and Bacon Ranch Melt" which is served with chicken strips, bacon, Monterey Jack and cheddar shredded cheese, honeymustard instead of ranch, and all the veggies. I've been ordering the same thing for so long and I never get tired of it. LikeI said, the food was good. They just need to work on the costumer service skills. My husband and I stopped to grab a bite to eat and were the only ones there. The two ladies working today were incredibly sweet!... They made us fresh pretzels when we ordered them even though they had some in the case, and they made me a great pizza coveredwith my chosen toppings!! I've been a consistent customer here at Subway, yet I've never been treated in a more disrespectful way. One of the owners... decided to interrupt my meal in order to chastise me on my free refills (I had gotten a small drink, and filled it four times).I allowed my friend to have my cup, and he filled it once and left. I got parented for refilling my drink when apparently I wasonly allowed to fill it once. Another one of my friends also mentions one of the owners walking up and down the store to lookand see if people are using water cups and putting soda in them. As a former employee of Bojangles, I find their lack ofcustomer satisfaction and respect priorities to be distasteful and horrendous. I use my hard-earned money to pay for their food,not for their lectures, and certainly not for their disrespect. Needless to say, I hope Subway does not condone such needlessdistrust and total lack of customer service education. Read more
This place is super stingy. They don?t accept any coupons and do not participate in today?s July 12th free Subway 6? sandwich.
