The staff members are predominately teenage girls but they are all so respectful and do their job so well. I came on a Sunday... afternoon and despite the rush of people, the two girls in the front did well to provide amazing customer service. I witnessedquite a few disrespectful and entitled customers speaking rudely to the staff but I commend the girls for keeping itprofessional. At the end of the day, the staff are human beings just like the customers, I think a lot of people should rememberthis before coming here. Service is really slow. Cashier takes a long time figuring out whats?s in your order, she?s in charge of getting your drinks... (asks you 3x which drink you want) and then rings up your payments. Then it takes a while to count your change. I asked where mybread was that?s part of my pasta order ? then she tells me it?s not available. I asked if I get a discount or a slice of pizza?she says no. Without apologies. Customer service sucks. This store should not operate. Read more

I get that you guys open at 12pm today. All the foods been ready since 11:15am. It's 11:44am now on a Sunday. They've turned... down 14 customers and counting so far.....so we supposed to order 1 hour old pizza for the lunch rush??? Some angry workers herecatching attitudes like were supposed to know what time you open. And will I catch another attitude for asking for a freshslice??? The old couple got scolded like children for asking why they can't order when the food is already ready. "The mallopens at 11am!!!! We open at 12pm!!!!" Says the shouting young girl who is fed up from us idiots thinking there open. Looks opento me when there is 2 guys and gals standing in front of the food just daydreaming. Looking for a place to have lunch on an upcoming trip. I love the taste of Sabarros mushroom pizza so Googled this place. After... reading the reviews I won't waste my time. Close the store and all those lovely employees wont have to be bothered with uscustomers. Read more

I came to the mall with my family. We stopped at Sbarro because my boys wanted pizza. The quality of our food was great. But... there were 6 people standing in line and it took us 30 minutes for all of us to order and get through the process. The staffmoved with no sense of urgency and took a long time. Also seemed like they didn't want to help each other out as a team. Thegentlemen at the cash register was running back and forth to grab ice, make drinks and do everything else, but again and with nosense of urgency. No one behind the counter greeted anyone with any sort of spirit or pleasure to help. It was, "what do youwant" I politely asked for my food. What I should have said is for all of you to get a grip and take some pride in your jobs.Management should teach them about what urgency and a warm greeting does to a business to increase it's sales. Funny enough theyare next to Chick-fil-A - maybe they should watch and learn since they seem to have the time. At least the quality of the foodwas good! Read more

Fast food , don?t expect 5 * service. They are there to serve you food during this pandemic. If someone working and serve hot... food that is great. I am happy if they serve me hot food!! Relation between customer and working team is pay money and get righthot food. That?s it. Don?t respond these cheap digger. I experienced many of the same problems that others seem to have. Was not greeted when approaching the counter or the register.... I offered a ?Hey ! How are you?? and was met with a blank stare. But I brushed it off, whatever. Ordered my food with an oldergentleman, and was cashed out by another older gentleman, who also didn?t greet me. Took my card, and slid my items across thecounter, with no bag. Mind you, it?s pouring rain outside and I had to juggle 3 items, as well as my personal belongings, allthe way back to my car in the rain. My pizza box was soaked by the time I got to my car. I haven't eaten here in probably a decade so I thought it was time to give them another go around. Let me start by saying my... Supreme Pizza Slice wasn't bad, however, neither was it really good. It's what you expect from a food court but I like beingpleasantly surprised. If your looking for good pizza near this area I would suggest Costco's pizza, they are half the price,bigger portions and of course higher quality. However, if you are in the mall already and are just looking for a quick bite thenSbarro should satisfy your pizza craving. Read more
