I ordered after standing in line behind a lady manager flirting with a lady customer for about 15 minutes. When I finally got to... order it was the $6 big box. Somehow I don't believe this was the right thing, (picture below) I'm going to give my business toKFC the food tasted bland. I won't be returning here. First off I love popeyes!! However this is the 4th time I have visited this location only to be told not only do they not have... butterfly or popcorn shrimp but also no tenders. Literally its Popeye's chicken!? Last time at least they had someone waving offcars in drive thru saying no chicken tenders or shrimp just bone in. Heck there is a KFC for that but this time waited 10-15 minonly to be told at drive up speaker ???????????? Side note This location is 5 minutes from my house the next closest is 15 mintowards Cummins right off Hwy 20 and Market place. Next time ill just go to that location. This location is not well run at all.Don't waste your time waiting in drive through. I order a three piece mixed mask and received a leg, thigh and a wing ( I thought I was to receive a breast which I thought I... asked for) the lemonade mix was off too tart and the Sprite was a little better(mix off a bit). I ordered shrimp(6-8) meal aswell and the total was just around $18. I was rushing to work so I didn't find out about my shortsightedness until I snacked onthe food 5 minutes before clocking in for work. Customer service with the cashier was good no hesitation to swap the sourlemonade. The condiments were in the bag. For the price and amount of food, I felt short changed. The spicy chicken wasn'tspicy. I hadn't had Popeye's for a while. I guess I'll wait the inflation out for my next visit. Mashed potatoes were good!Maybe I'll get luckier next time. Read more

What a disappointment. Brand new Popeyes and it was a bad experience. Service was slow, dining room was closed due to ?an... incident with water we haven?t been able to clean up yet?, no straws so when I went to look for them I found the cabinet indisarray and they were out of mild chicken tenders so at least 2 people had to change their orders.
