My first time. WoW!! This is my new favorite place. I LOVE good country cooking and Papa Jack's didn't disappoint. I spoke to... several customers while waiting in line. Everyone raved about how much they like. They are all "regulars" and that was veryapparent when they got up to the serving line. Check them out. It's definitely a hot spot for the locals. A bit pricey. The staff was nice and friendly. It was clean. Food was ok. I wish they had more choices for their omelets. My... husband loves spinach in his omelet. They only have peppers and onions. We tried out a new restaurant for lunch today! It was pretty good! I had the country fried steak and hubby had the baked... chicken. They only have white meat chicken by the way. We even got strawberry ???? shortcake for dessert, but ended upbringing it home. The place was packed and even their drive thru was wrapped around the building 45 mins before they were toclose at 2pm. You can't beat the "small town" atmosphere in this place. They have a donation box for old American flags,multiple flyers posted about local car shows they support & they are running a donation box for school supplies for thecommunity! A pretty good cafeteria style restaurant selling southren style food. Staff were very nice and attentive to offering coffee,... tea, taking away used plates, etc. Pot roast was actually quite tasty, tender, moist, and no grizzle or excess fat. Greens abit over cooked, but that is standard for southern style. Respectable selection of dishes, good price, and nicely filling. Willlikely come again. Banana pudding was a nice touch.
